The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had to make last, minute changes to my reservations and they were more than willing to assist me. They made the process easy and stress, free, even though my plans kept changing. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchenware provided for breakfast. Instead of plastic plates and cups, they had real silverware, coffee mugs, and glasses. It made the morning meal feel more special and enjoyable.

My requests for a top floor room and a king bed were not honored. Despite requesting these ahead of time, the assigned room did not meet my preferences.

Even though my room wasn't ready, they let me stay in the lobby which was great. The location was perfect for tourist attractions and the room itself was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone attending a kpop concert nearby.

I appreciated that I didn't have to use my car. Lastly, the staff was welcoming and helpful.

The Wi-Fi connection, which was a bit slow at times. However, this wasn't a significant issue, and I was still able to get some work done.
