The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had to make last, minute changes to my reservations and they were more than willing to assist me. They made the process easy and stress, free, even though my plans kept changing. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchenware provided for breakfast. Instead of plastic plates and cups, they had real silverware, coffee mugs, and glasses. It made the morning meal feel more special and enjoyable.

My requests for a top floor room and a king bed were not honored. Despite requesting these ahead of time, the assigned room did not meet my preferences.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Tricities for a kpop concert and had an amazing time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending places to visit and restaurants to try. Even though my room wasn't ready, they let me stay in the lobby which was great. The location was perfect for tourist attractions and the room itself was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone attending a kpop concert nearby.

The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with comfortable king-sized beds and even a sofa sleeper for extra lounging space. Plus, the convenient location near the airport and ball field made it easy for me to explore the TriCities area. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which was absolutely amazing - definitely not your average hotel breakfast!

The breakfast was perfect and the room was fantastic - really large and very comfortable. The location was great, close to the airport and within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. It was also conveniently located near a sports complex, which was a bonus. this hotel had the best facilities and offered a wonderful experience.

The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with modern amenities such as a large flat-screen TV and a comfy king-sized bed. I was impressed by their attention to detail, as the room was kept supplied with the usual Holiday Inn Express fare. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in recent hotels, with a good variety of hot and fresh options, from protein to delicious rolls. this hotel offered above-average service and amenities compared to others.
