The room with Jacuzzi tub was nice. Pillows were great, bed OK. Spacious handicap room. Breakfast wasn't used. Staff provided extra coffee pods and cream. Excellent recommendation for car issue.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, close to the interstate and the only major food restaurants in the area. It was convenient to have access to a few restaurants, stores, etc. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained. The bed in our room was very comfortable, providing us with a great night's rest. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process quick and easy. Although we missed out on the breakfast, we heard from other guests that it was excellent. One staff member in particular stood out for their exceptional service during breakfast.

The room itself was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a lounge chair that I really appreciated. The breakfast in the morning was awesome, offering a delicious start to the day.

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Plainview for a graduation celebration. The hotel had a wonderful gathering area near the front desk and breakfast room where our family could come together. The staff was fantastic, the room was perfect, and the breakfast was amazing. My granddaughter loved the indoor pool, and my bed was comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Additionally, it was conveniently located on the west side of the interstate, near popular stores like Wal-Mart. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were well-maintained. Convenient first-floor room with no closet, but laundry rack provided. The breakfast selection is fantastic, the best ever. Spacious gathering area near the front desk/breakfast room for visitors. Breakfast bar is very clean. The dedicated and delightful lady ensures an excellent breakfast experience.

Enjoyed my stay because the people were very gracious. The staff handled our wedding party very well. The upgraded suite was a nice surprise, and the room was clean and comfortable.
