My stay at Rixos Premium Dubai Jbr was nothing short of extravagant. The room I stayed in was probably the best room I have ever experienced in terms of space and ocean front views. The suite was spacious, clean, and modern, providing a truly luxurious experience. The hotel's direct access to the beach and panoramic views of Ain Dubai added to the overall appeal.

The only minor downside was the slow and weak wifi signal, which made it a bit challenging to stay connected. Nonetheless, this was a very slight issue in an otherwise impeccable stay.

The suite was absolutely massive and had incredible views of the Arabian Gulf and Ain Dubai. The living area was so spacious, and the bedroom had a huge 48” flat-screen TV. I felt like royalty staying in that suite.

The bathroom could have used better lighting for getting ready.

We were upgraded to a room with a great beach view, which was amazing both during the day and at night. The pool was a perfect place to cool off from the heat, and we loved the beautiful beach - it felt like we were bathing in the sea! The staff here are incredibly kind and catered to all our needs. The restaurants were awesome, especially the Italian and Black Tap. We had a very special night at STK, and the Godiva Coffee Cafe was a great place to relax after work and listen to the harpist.

Great value for money, amazing location right on the beach with stunning views from the almost floor-to-ceiling windows. The service from the staff was excellent, and the breakfast had a wide selection for all nationalities and included coffee or tea.

No major issues found, everything was satisfactory.

Luxurious property with high standard rooms and impressive lobby. Location in the middle of JBR with lots of shops and restaurants around. Friendly staff who try to assist you whenever you need. The pool and beach area are well-maintained with plenty of sun beds. Nice breakfast buffet suitable for all nationalities.

My Christmas stay was amazing! We were welcomed with two complimentary glasses of champagne and candy canes. the location was perfect, with easy access to a beautiful beach and a variety of nearby restaurants. the best part was the pool, which offered amazing views of the city and was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The traffic was quite bad when leaving the hotel. It took us almost 20 minutes just to get out of the area.

The pool area had a great vibe and music, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I really enjoyed the touchpad remote control for many functions at the nightstand, and the pillow types you can choose from. a great hotel experience.

During my Christmas vacation, I enjoyed several complimentary activities like a spa session and a guided tour. the hotel's location was perfect, close to the beach and shops, and the view from my room was stunning. the breakfast buffet was top-notch, and the restaurant's staff was welcoming and friendly.

The level of service was inconsistent, and some of the amenities were lacking. For example, the room's minibar was not restocked regularly, and there was a problem with the shower.

The location is fantastic, right in the center of JBR with easy access to everything. The staff were friendly and always remembered our names and preferences. The rooms were great, with majestic views of Bluewaters. The amenity kits provided by Chopard were a nice touch. The gym was excellent and there were plenty of water sports activities to enjoy. As young families, we appreciated the facilities and activities available for children.

We felt very well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

I had the most amazing stay at a hotel in JBR recently. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a VIP. I was even upgraded to a beautiful room with stunning views. The pool area was so relaxing and the food was absolutely delicious. Every detail was taken care of, from the luxurious Chopard toiletries to the impeccable service. The hotel was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. This hotel truly offers a piece of heaven!

The location of the hotel had great access to the public beach, and the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was magical. The Turquoise restaurant and the restaurant at the beach side provided a good range of options. Breakfast provided a good choice of foods from around the globe.

The hotel lobby was often busy all day and night and lacked cleanliness.

At this hotel, I experienced true luxury with exclusive amenities that catered to every need. the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Jacuzzi were top-notch, and the outdoor swimming pool was stunning. With beach access just a few steps away, I truly felt I was at an exclusive venue.

While service was excellent, I encountered a minor issue when it came to breakfast. Despite the quality of the food being excellent, the restaurant could have been better staffed, as tables needed clearing more promptly.
