I recently stayed at this hotel for my granddaughter's college graduation from EKU. The location was perfect, being very close to the college. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great. We loved the pool area and the spacious breakfast room where we could gather and chat with family. The hotel was also near the Richmond Visitors Center, which offered an interesting historical experience. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend making early reservations for special events at EKU, as this hotel books up quickly. Try it out, you won't be disappointed!

The hotel's location was perfect with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The large bathroom with a roll-in shower and bench was a great feature. Great location, just off the highway with convenient access to gas stations and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and modern.

The TV didn't have the golf channel, and the guests next door and across the hall were extremely noisy until midnight, which made it difficult to sleep. the bathroom was uncomfortably cold, even with the heat on, and there weren't enough blankets provided.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was convenient, just minutes off the exit, and there was plenty of front entry parking available. The hotel was immaculate, with impeccable cleanliness throughout. We were impressed by the range of facilities offered, including a pool area and a well-stocked breakfast buffet. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the hotel's location, with a lot of food options nearby in Richmond, KY. Moreover, being close to the Richmond Visitors Center, which is now a museum, was an added bonus, as we got to explore this historic site from the Civil War.

The location was convenient as it was right off the highway with gas stations and restaurants nearby. the friendly staff provided good advice for dinner options and the maids were accommodating with extra towels.

The morning staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when we received the wrong invoice and had a broken bed. Their response was dismissive, making us feel like the issues were our fault.
