Always stay here for excellent service. Found my lost wallet once. Place suits me perfectly with free parking, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and indoor saltwater pool. Also, elevators for ease. Coming back for New Year.

Loved the big rooms and central location – made exploring the city a breeze. Enjoyed the variety at breakfast, especially the hot showers after a long day of sightseeing.

I was in town for a university visit and stayed at Tru By Hilton for 4 nights. the price was reasonable, and breakfast exceeded expectations with a variety of options. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the university. I loved the pool table in the lounge, as well as the giant Jenga blocks for kids. the room had a smart TV, great water pressure in the shower, and a comfortable bed, ensuring a pleasant stay.

I loved the modern and airy design of the hotel. the fitness room was a highlight for me, and the bathroom products were top-notch. the breakfast spread looked tempting although I typically skip breakfast. At the end, the hotel experience was fantastic, and I'll consider staying here again. Specific Situation: I found the sharp corners on the platform bed uncomfortable; I accidentally bruised my knee a few times during my stay. Despite this issue, I still managed to have a pleasant overall experience.

The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to attend a nearby concert and explore the area. The front desk staff were friendly, funny, and very helpful. We appreciated the contactless check-in option through their app and the use of a digital key on one device.

There was a slight inconvenience with the digital key system, as it only allowed us to use it on one device. during breakfast, one staff member at the front desk seemed disengaged and constantly on their phone, not providing the same level of service as their coworker.

Tru By Hilton in my room was spotless, with modern decor and excellent amenities. the bed was comfy, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the location allowed for a quick walk to Hammons Field and downtown sights. Staff was welcoming and breakfast delicious.
