We were happy with the location of the hotel, being close to downtown, attractions, and the beach. The room was clean and quiet, with a great air conditioner. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We had to ask for more towels, toiletries, toilet paper, and coffee cups. The room had an odor and there were pictures lying on the floor.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Rockport for a few days with my family. The Holiday Inn Express was perfect for us as it was just a short 1-minute drive to the beach, with a beautiful beach view from our room. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a variety of options for breakfast including hot eggs and potatoes, sausage, cereal, bagels, and different beverages. Despite a few rainy days during our stay, the location was not affected and we were able to enjoy both the beach and the hotel.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, I was impressed with the breathtaking view that greeted me every morning. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. The hotel lived up to its reputation as family-friendly, accommodating my large group of 23 family members, including 16 grandchildren. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast provided was delicious. The facilities, including the washer and dryer, made it feel like a home away from home. The well-lit parking lot also added to the overall sense of safety and security. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Although my overall experience was positive, it would have been helpful to be informed about the ongoing construction at the hotel during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast could have been served at a warmer temperature and with larger portions.

The breakfast selection was amazing! I couldn't believe they had a pancake machine that made two pancakes in just one minute. There were also muffins, bagels, different types of eggs, and three brands of cereal. the employee taking care of the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. I also loved the great view from the hotel, it was absolutely stunning.

The cleanliness of the pool was a letdown. There was algae by the steps and floating debris in the water.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. I requested extra towels, and the front desk staff promptly delivered them to my room. The breakfast options were great and made my stay even better. I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express.
