I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express in Salem. the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. They truly are an asset to the hotel. the location is perfect, and the hot breakfast offered a great selection. I also want to highlight the exceptional service of Stacy at the front desk. She went above and beyond to find a lost item in the room and even offered to ship it to us. Her helpful and courteous attitude was truly outstanding.

This hotel was conveniently located, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The bathrooms were bright and clean, with good water temperature in the shower. The breakfast provided a good selection, with delicious cinnamon rolls. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially towards families with young children.

That there was only one elevator available.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with spacious and up-to-date rooms that were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for our stopover during a long drive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially in providing a handicap room when I needed it due to an injury.

The morning meal could have been better if the scrambled eggs had tasted better, perhaps not made from powdered eggs.

Plush duvet, comfy pillows, and a quiet place to sleep. Wow, I actually got some shut-eye!

The moldy smell in the room was a delightful surprise. It's always nice when hotels use air fresheners to mask the problem.

Convenient location near the highway and easy to find with GPS. Clean and nicely decorated lobby and common areas.- Friendly and helpful staff, especially the desk clerk who knew us by name.- Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds.- Good variety of options for the complimentary hot breakfast, including Cinnabon cinnamon rolls.

Curtains did not close completely, allowing street lights to shine into the room at night. Some rooms faced the sun in the morning, causing brightness.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Salem was fantastic. We were on a road trip and the hotel's location near I-81 was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when there was a slight issue with our room reservation. The hotel had a great pool and was the most affordable option in town. The staff was friendly and the 24/7 coffee and tea service was a nice touch. The breakfast options were excellent, and although the eggs could have been better, the staff kept everything well-stocked and clean. Our room had a lovely mountain view, a comfortable bed, and a convenient Keurig coffee machine. The bathroom was clean and modern, although a Jacuzzi-style tub would have been a nice addition. a highly recommended hotel that provided great value for the money.

I recently stayed at a hotel for New Year's and I had a great experience! the room sizes were spacious and the staff was amazing. They were very friendly and accommodating, making sure that all of my needs were met. I also loved the amenities provided by the hotel. the breakfast buffet was awesome, offering a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located, close to downtown and the freeway, making it easy to get around.

One thing that I disliked about my stay was the confusion with the email I received regarding the cost of my trip. the email stated that tax was excluded, but then said the total amount was what would be paid to the hotel, which was contradictory and confusing.

We recently stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Salem and had a great experience. the hotel is relatively new with spacious rooms that were super clean and felt new. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the parking place was good. the rooms had everything we needed, including numerous charging ports and electric outlets, plenty of shelves and hooks, and a large bathroom. Despite the cold outdoor pool and mediocre breakfast, we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel twice and both times I got great value for my money. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The location was perfect, right off I-81, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my late arrival. I would definitely stay here again if I'm passing through.
