Great amenities and comfy rooms

Super spacious and clean rooms! Loved that there was a microwave, fridge, and even a dishwasher. Breakfast was amazing with tons of options. Location was convenient, right by the Children’s Hospital. The only bummer was not getting any maid service during our 6-day stay, which wasn't ideal. Staff were friendly overall, just a bit tricky to reach by phone.

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at a hotel in Birmingham. The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel safe and well taken care of throughout my visit. The rooms were spacious, set up like little apartments, making them perfect for longer stays. The attention to detail was evident, with practically everything I needed provided. The location was convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to transportation. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

As a visitor to Birmingham, I stayed at Home2 Suites By Hilton for a few days. The hotel staff was exceptional and the location was ideal for exploring the city. It was close to important landmarks like the 16th Street Baptist Church and the Civil Rights Museum, as well as the Negro Southern Baseball League Museum. There were plenty of local restaurants to try and the Galleria Mall was just a short drive away. Plus, being near the University of Alabama and the Children's Hospital was a major convenience. The suite itself was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for our family of four. The front desk staff were friendly and provided great customer service. We will definitely be returning in the future.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the warm and friendly staff, spotless rooms, and convenient location. The breakfast was a nice start to the morning, and the Home2 Suites had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for us, and I also appreciated the variety of snack options available. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and even though I didn't have breakfast, it looked delicious. The hotel itself is new, so everything was clean and modern. The spacious rooms and comfortable bed made for a great stay. The warm greetings from the front desk staff also made us feel at home. a fantastic experience!

My stay at this hotel was perfect for me. The location was convenient, with easy access to food and transportation. The staff were friendly, professional, and met all my needs. The rooms were clean, quiet, and quite comfortable. The basic amenities provided were efficient and clean. The internet worked well and the breakfast was wonderful.

The only downside was the carpet in the room, which had some stains and an unpleasant odor. However, overall, everything was okay.

Conveniently located near Railroad Park and pet-friendly with clean, well-appointed rooms. Exceptional staff and useful amenities such as large refrigerators and kitchenettes.

The room was super comfortable and clean. They had extra blankets available, which was great. The staff, including Odessa, Nelson, and another lady, were all very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to UAB.

Despite being understaffed, Lewis at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure guests were well taken care of. His positive attitude and excellent customer service skills were truly impressive. If I had a face-to-face customer service business, I would definitely hire him. it was a good stay with great staff.

I experienced a slight inconvenience during my stay at Home2 Suites By Hilton when I booked two rooms that ended up being on different floors. Despite requesting to have the rooms closer together, I was informed that the empty room next to mine had already been given away.
