Holiday Inn Express in a perfect location. Rooms exceptionally clean with helpful staff. Great breakfast options, including gluten and dairy-free choices.

Had bed bugs once.

I recently had to stay at Holiday Inn Express for a few days due to a home flood. The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite a minor issue with only one towel in the bathroom, the staff promptly brought us more when we requested them. it was a great place to stay and I would definitely choose to stay there again.

They provided great advice and responded quickly to all of our requests and questions. the hotel had a nice outdoor pool and hot tub in a beautiful courtyard. the breakfast options were standard but more than adequate, with a variety of choices including hard boiled eggs, yogurt, granola, cereal. the hotel had plenty of free parking and the town where it was located was clean and safe.

There were a few areas for improvement at the hotel. the tiles around the top edge of the pool and hot tub could have used some cleaning.

Pleasantly Surprised by the Renovations

We were hesitant to book at a Holiday Inn Express, but we were pleasantly surprised by the improvements. The room we stayed in was on par with higher-end hotels, with modern furnishings and amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient for our needs. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
