There was a lack of helpful and friendly staff upon arrival. Additionally, the bedrooms were uncomfortably warm with poor ventilation, leaving the air feeling dry.

The breakfast buffet at Hotel Ottilia By Brochner Hotels was simply amazing. The wide range of choices and the delicious bread made our mornings truly delightful. The location of the hotel was also perfect, close to a beautiful park and within walking distance to Tivoli. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this venue! The hotel's location is excellent for transport links, with a metro station nearby and a great part of the city to explore. The staff were super friendly and helpful, with fantastic service that included room service, dry cleaning and housekeeping. We really enjoyed the happy hour in the bar/lounge area, and the in-room amenities were fantastic, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar and a sitting area. The terrace and garden furniture were lovely touches too.

Liked the concept of the hotel being an old brewery that has been renovated into rooms. the high ceilings in the rooms were impressive. the breakfast had a great selection of organic food and tasty options. the rooms were clean and noise isolated.

Loved the cool and hip style of the hotel, with its rustic industrial design and unique round windows in the room. the wine hour from 17-18 was a delightful touch, with complimentary glasses of wine to enjoy. the lounge area was the perfect spot to relax and hang out. It was also great to have bicycles available for use. the hotel's location was ideal, with a parking garage conveniently located across the street.

The TV in the room didn't work, which was a bit disappointing. However, aside from that minor issue, everything else during our romantic escape was fantastic.

I stayed at Hotel Ottilia for a business trip and it was perfect. The quiet location near Carlsberg offices was ideal, and the abundance of electric scooters made exploring easy. The rooms were impressive with great views, and the wine hour and night cap were a nice touch. The decor throughout the hotel was magnificent, and the rooftop bar and lobby lounge were beautiful. a fantastic stay.

The hallways in the hotel were quite gloomy and the surrounding area was under construction, making it inconvenient to access the hotel and giving a deserted feeling at night.

Our romantic escape was amazing. the hotel offered a complimentary wine hour that was so civilised and enjoyable. the lovely breakfast offered gluten-free and lactose-free options, and even had champagne! the hotel's location allowed us to explore the surrounding neighbourhood and visit the nearby zoo. Our room was spacious and had beautiful interior design that combined the traditional and modern atmosphere perfectly.

The staff seemed to lack training - check-in took longer than it should, and the elevators' unusual setup wasn't explained until we got lost. Staff also seemed overwhelmed, and when we needed help, it took a while to get the assistance we needed.
