Enjoyed a wonderful romantic escape. the room was cozy with a comfy mattress and quality amenities including Dove toiletries. the hot breakfast was a lovely touch, and the friendly staff recommended great local dining spots and nearby attractions to explore during our stay.

The rooms could use a modern update, and the overpowering mildew smell in the lobby was off-putting. It was inconvenient to have to pick up fresh towels from the front desk instead of having them delivered to the room.

Holiday Inn Express in Spring Hill was conveniently located for our needs. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a great stay. the housekeeping staff was always available, and the breakfast cinnamon buns were a treat. Fresh towels were provided by the pool, and there was always coffee and tea in the lobby, making our experience even better.

Room bathroom needed deep cleaning. Room smelled of weed one night.

We were disappointed the hotel no longer offers chocolate chip cookies in the evening, but the breakfast service by Charmaine Marshall was exceptional. Comfortable room, great location, and excellent cleanliness. Overall, a pleasant stay. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic! I stayed for three nights for a leisure trip. the room was spacious with two queen beds, a fridge, and microwave. the staff was friendly, offering excellent service. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the daily breakfast had great options. the cleanliness of the property was impressive.

I always return here. Staff helped with sim cards on my 1st stay. It suits me perfectly. Has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hr reception. Love the Fitness center, Outdoor pool & tranquil surroundings. Coming back for a trip.

During my stay on 10/30, late afternoon and evening, I found the hotel to be conveniently located close to where everything was. the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered was delightful with fresh cinnamon buns, and there were always coffee and tea available in the lobby. Cons: Nothing to fault.
