We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, making us feel comfortable and at ease. The staff provided excellent hospitality, making us feel valued and welcome. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, providing plenty of choices to start our day off right. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to this city.

Absolutely nothing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was in terrific condition, with clean and well-decorated rooms. We loved the comfortable beds and pillows, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast had a great variety of choices, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious cinnamon rolls. The hotel's location was convenient, being near restaurants and shopping and just off the highway. We also found it easy to explore the charming downtown area near the court building for the best restaurants.

Not obvious to find.

The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had a working AC and the whole place was very clean. The breakfast provided a good variety of options and the food tasted delicious. The staff, especially the front desk clerks, went above and beyond to assist with any needs. There were plenty of dining options and activities nearby, making it a traveler-friendly location.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints.

The hotel was in a great location, conveniently accessible from the highway. the check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. I also appreciated the fact that the air conditioning worked well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of food options and a helpful breakfast attendant ensuring everything was well stocked.

One downside was that our room was located on the highway side, which meant it picked up the morning sun and could be a bit bright for those wanting to sleep in. It would have been helpful to have a pull-down shade to block out the light.

The rate was great and the room was spacious. I really enjoyed the blackout shades and ceiling fan in the room. the mural on the wall was impressive and added a nice touch to the decor. the TV had a good selection of channels and the overall comfort of the room was excellent. the breakfast options had a nice variety to choose from.

There were a few issues during my stay that were quite disappointing. there were times when there was no employee at the reception desk, which made it difficult to check out.

They were very helpful with all of our needs. The location of this hotel was great, with lots of dining options nearby and plenty of activities to do in this city. We particularly recommend trying the wood-fired pizza at Arturos downtown. we highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing all the necessary information about the room, checkout, and breakfast without me asking. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with amenities like towels, shampoo, and body wash readily available. Additionally, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave, which is a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels. the experience was great and I would highly recommend this hotel.
