Housekeeping left trash. breakfast was enjoyable.

Comfortable bedding made for a good night's sleep.

We encountered several issues during our stay. The cleanliness was a particular concern, as there were trash items left in our living area, making it feel less welcoming. Additionally, the shower area seemed outdated, which detracted from the overall experience. While the staff were friendly and eager to help, these cleanliness issues overshadowed an otherwise decent stay.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Jourdanton-Pleasanton By Ihg and was delighted by the wonderful service. The staff were attentive and made me feel welcomed throughout my visit. It was also a treat to enjoy the homemade cookies, which added a lovely personal touch to the experience. The motel was clean, and the comfortable bedding ensured I had restful nights during my stay.

i recently stayed at the holiday inn express during a long road trip, and it exceeded my expectations. the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the homemade cookies are a delightful touch for kids. we loved every moment of our stay and will definitely return during future travels.

The location was excellent, right next to the hospital, offering easy access for families needing support. The room was clean and well-maintained, which was a relief amid some minor inconveniences with the key card system. While the coffee supplies in the room weren't always restocked, the complimentary breakfast, which featured tasty options like salmon, helped start each day pleasantly. However, the pool area was murky and not inviting, impacting our confidence in its cleanliness.

During my stay, I really appreciated how close the hotel was to the Longhorn Museum and the 1856 Atascosa County Courthouse Replica, which were only a short stroll away and made our city explorations so enjoyable and easy. the staff was friendly and always busy, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel as we came back after our adventures all day.

The location offered convenience for our activities, and the cleanliness was a highlight, with tidy rooms and comfortable beds. Enjoyed the homemade pies at breakfast, which added a personal touch. However, the key card issues were frustrating, requiring multiple attempts to access our room. Additionally, the pool area was not inviting due to murky water, which deterred us from using it.

The rooms were surprisingly tidy and clean, which made a good impression on me after a long day. I really appreciated the friendly staff greeting us with smiles, but I can’t shake the feeling of needing to get coffee myself both mornings, weird, huh? !

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess it was okay.

the room was super clean and smelt fresh, like they really take care of the place. loved the staff, they were all really friendly and helpful, especially this lady named lupe, she was so nice. breakfast was tasty and i appreciated the little homemade cookies. also, the location is perfect for visiting family. will def stay here again!

the pool was dirty and not maintained at all, and i had issues with the breakfast being closed too early.
