My stay at Casa Don Luis By Faranda Boutique was a great experience. The hotel had a stylish decoration and a nice boutique feel. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast offered a fine variety of options and fresh fruits. What an amazing experience over Xmas! the complimentary chocolates and champagne in the room upon arrival were a lovely touch, along with the complimentary breakfast and rooftop Jacuzzi. the hotel's location was great, as it was in the heart of all the action, yet still provided a quiet atmosphere at night. Our room was also very spacious and offered a fantastic view of the city.

There were some aspects that could have been improved. the WiFi signal was quite weak and inconsistent, which made it difficult to stay connected.

The hotel has a charming old-world decor with a nice courtyard and small pool. Eduardo, the guest manager, was excellent and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring both the old town and the rest of the city. The room decor is lovely, and the bed and linen were amazing. The hotel restaurant serves fantastic food, especially the pasta dishes. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with always staff on hand. The breakfast offers a variety of options and fresh fruits.

We had an incredible stay at this charming boutique hotel. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions. Our room was beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and we enjoyed starting our day with delicious food. The rooftop Jacuzzi was a great addition and we loved unwinding there after a long day of exploring. The hotel's elegant decor truly made us feel like we were living in luxury.

The weak WiFi connection, which made it difficult to have business calls.

Upon arrival at this hotel, I was amazed by the luxurious amenities offered. the service was impeccable and the Spa centre was fantastic, I received a full-body massage that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the Outdoor Swimming pool was perfect, complete with sun loungers and a Jacuzzi. the restaurant had a great choice of dishes, including special diet menus. There was also a picnic area where I spent time with my partner.

the room I was given had a bathroom drainage issue that caused flooding.
