The complementary breakfast was tasty, with sensational cinnamon rolls. The hotel had easy accessibility with stairs and an elevator. The manager and the woman taking care of breakfast were friendly and attentive.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Lebanon. I was there for three nights on a business trip. The king size mattress and pillows provided the most comfortable sleep I've had in a long time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. I was also impressed with how the hotel kept the sidewalks salted during the snow and allowed my friends to visit in the lobby. Highly recommended!

We chose to stay here to avoid the Indy traffic in the morning. The warm welcome, clean and well-appointed room, and cleared walkways after the recent ice storm were impressive. The complementary breakfast was tasty, especially the sensational cinnamon rolls. The pool area was nice, and getting around the hotel was convenient with stairs and an elevator. The friendly staff, clean facility, and always-ready coffee were great. We even appreciated being able to have our friends visit us in the main lobby.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Lebanon for one night during our travels through the region. We chose this hotel to avoid the morning rush-hour traffic in downtown Indianapolis. The pool area was a nice spot to relax, and we appreciated the convenience of getting around the hotel with the stairs and elevator. The manager, who greeted us in the morning, was friendly and welcoming. The woman taking care of breakfast was exceptionally hardworking and attentive. The coffee was excellent. Despite a recent ice storm, the walkways and parking lot were cleared of ice, ensuring our safety. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, with a feeling of being almost brand new. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the cinnamon rolls were absolutely sensational. If you're looking to stay outside of downtown Indianapolis, I highly recommend this hotel.

The beds and TV were great! Had a comfortable night's sleep and enjoyed relaxing in front of the TV. the location was convenient, close to key attractions and amenities. It made it easy to explore and find everything we needed. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment.

The check, in process was frustrating as they couldn't find our reservation, despite providing the confirmation number. the front desk staff did not handle the situation well and didn't offer any reassurance or assistance.
