Gorgeous views from the deck and a delightful little pool. The sound-view room was spotlessly clean and super cozy. Loved the free use of kayaks and paddleboards. next time, I’ll take the plunge if the weather cooperates!

But alas, the chilly wind had other plans for us! So much for my grand floating dreams, eh?

The location was incredible with gorgeous views of the sound from our room. We enjoyed the beautiful deck and small pool, perfect for relaxation. Breakfast was divine and included freshly baked cookies in the afternoon. The staff was always friendly, greeting us with smiles. We utilized the free kayaks and paddle boards.

Comfortable room, inviting atmosphere, with a convenient location to explore the area and a seasonal outdoor pool for refreshing dips after a day of hiking nearby trails.

Everything was as expected.

We had an incredible time at The Inn on Pamlico Sound! The views from our room were like a romantic painting that came to life—the kind you’d need a wide-angle lens for! Seriously, the sunsets were so stunning they had us feeling like we were in a cheesy rom-com. Each morning, we were greeted with a gourmet breakfast fit for a king (or queen) with options that made choosing a struggle—do you go for the omelette or the breakfast sandwich? Tough decisions here, folks! The staff were so welcoming it felt like we were crashing a family reunion, but with much better food and no awkward small talk. Not to mention those adorable dogs roaming around, adding even more charm to the place. And let’s not forget about the free kayaks and paddleboards, our new best friends during our stay. If you’re looking for a cozy, quirky, and downright delightful getaway, look no further—this is it!

Only downside, Wish we could stay longer!

Ka-boom! The views and brekkie were just heartbreakingly good. We loved the smell of fresh coffee every morning, and those afternoon cookies? Heaven, man! The staff were like old mates, always making us feel right at home.

Only downside was the dodgy WiFi at times, but who cares when you have sunsets like that?

Some noise from nearby guests affected the tranquility. and perhaps a little more variety in the outdoor seating would enhance the experience.

we had a fantastic stay at inn on pamlico sound. the queen room with sea view was so cozy, and the breakfast was genuinely wonderful. willow was our hostess both mornings, and her warmth made our meals special. we were even upgraded to a room with a private deck for stunning sunset views, which was an absolute treat! a bonus was the organic body treatments available, making our stay even more relaxing.
