My three-night stay at Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. the staff's hospitality was exceptional, making me feel safe and accepted throughout. the rooms were clean, spacious, with comfortable beds, excellent water pressure, and reliable wifi. the convenient location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and the highway. the buffet breakfast offered a satisfying selection of hot and cold options, complemented by the always-available full coffee pots.

The property was easy to find and in a great location for us visiting the Louisville Kentucky Temple. The staff, especially the young man at the front desk, were lovely and helpful. When we had an issue with a smoking room, they immediately gave us another room. We felt safe knowing that many police officers were also checked in at the same time.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break. It was conveniently located near downtown attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area. Additionally, the free airport shuttle was a great perk, especially since we didn't have to wait too long for it. the friendly front desk staff was also a highlight of our stay , they provided excellent customer service and were a pleasure to interact with.

Our room was dirty and not up to par. We found a finger/toe nail on the floor, and there was caked, on dust and food in the lounge chair.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the modern design of the rooms and the overall upkeep of the property. the hotel was conveniently located, with plenty of parking available. Additionally, the beds were soft and the pillows were reasonably comfortable, making for a comfortable night's sleep.

On the negative side, the lack of soundproofing in the rooms was a major drawback. the noise from the parking lot and neighboring rooms, especially the running water noise from the bathroom, was quite disruptive.
