I had a mix of experiences at the Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee, West Medical Center. The front desk staff were helpful, and I appreciated the breakfast variety. However, my room had cleanliness issues and the shower control was sticky, which made for a less enjoyable stay. This location could work for families needing access to the hospital but needs improvements in housekeeping.

The heating in my room didn't work at all.

My stay had some highlights, like friendly staff and a breakfast that could keep you going all day with decent coffee and variety. One thing I appreciated was the comfy king bed that felt like a cloud, even when everything else around it felt like a nightmare.

It wasn't pricey, but definitely not what I'd expect for the cost, considering the issues with the cleanliness and the outdated rooms.

I had a delightful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee, West Medical Center By Ihg. The spacious room was equipped with a generous number of electrical outlets and USB ports, making it convenient for charging my devices. Breakfast included delicious cinnamon rolls and a variety of fresh fruits.

The staff were super friendly and really helpful, always smiling and ready to lend a hand. Breakfast had a great variety, especially loved the biscuits and gravy alongside the usual hot and cold options at no extra cost.

Housekeeping could use a bit more attention. the hallways weren't vacuumed well and could be cleaner. Also, the shower control was kinda sticky, which was a hassle during my stay.

We stayed for 2 nights & had a comfy room. The staff were super nice! The snack bar was a sweet addition. Breakfast was decent, but the coffee could've been stronger. Also, one morning the hot water didn't last long during our shower. Still, it worked out for us overall!

This place suits me perfectly with free parking, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me print some tickets, which I really appreciated. I’m coming back for a city trip!

the front desk ladies were nice and helpful, breakfast was decent. the room itself was pretty clean and comfy. the location is ok if you're near the hospital, that was a plus. beds were standard and cozy. parking was easy and free, which is always a win.
