As someone with physical handicaps, I was thrilled to find that Springhill Suites By Marriott Riverside Redlands provided accessible facilities. The pool was safely enclosed, and there were loungers, chairs, and towels available for use. Additionally, the gym was well-equipped and allowed me to stay active during my stay.

The staff, especially one friendly employee, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I unfortunately didn't get to use the pool, but it looked sparkling clean and inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed for Easter at a hotel and was impressed by the new facilities which included a clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, and a lovely pool. The location also made it very convenient to access nearby attractions. the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and provided great service.

While some guests enjoyed the hotel's Wi-Fi, my computer had trouble connecting to it. the breakfast was basic and served with disposable plates and cutlery.
