Our stay was great. the staff went above and beyond, especially vanessa, who helped us feel welcome upon arrival. the room was spacious and clean, with a kitchenette that made our trip comfortable. the breakfast options were ample, especially the delicious waffles, which my family loved.

the shower water pressure was quite weak.

I faced several issues during my stay that left me quite disappointed. The housekeeping was subpar. my garbage wasn't removed for two days, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Additionally, the staff seemed understaffed and not very attentive. I had to wait longer than usual for assistance and found the interactions quite lacking in warmth.

My stay was made special by the spacious room with a kitchenette and the delightful complimentary breakfast, which included those lovely chocolate chip waffles. The location was ideal, sitting right next to a Dunkin Donuts, and provided easy access to the convention center and Sea World, making it perfect for family adventures.

However, the noise from nearby traffic could be bothersome at times.

Location was fab, just a lekker 10-min drive to Volcano Bay. The rooms were clean and well-kept. My picky eater had a ball with the brekkie! Cereal, yogurt, and chocolate chip waffles galore!

Only downside was the breakfast could take a while to be filled up sometimes.

Our experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites was marred by several challenges. The internet connection in our room was unreliable, which made it difficult to plan our itinerary. We also found the noise levels from the first floor quite disruptive, as we could hear guests moving about in the halls and outside, impacting our ability to relax.

Sweet as breakfast spread but noise from I-4 was a pain. Loved the clean room and friendly staff. Chur for the microwave and fridge!

Enjoy the complimentary happy hour from 5:30 to 7 PM for great beer and a chance to mingle with other guests after a long day of exploring.

The Queen Studio was spacious with a microwave, refrigerator, and sofa bed. Air conditioning kept us cool, and the bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer. Loved the fitness center and outdoor pool. Breakfast was nice, too. Everything was clean and the front desk staff were super helpful. Definitely felt at home!

Just a good pick for a cursory stop in Orlando with good price-value balance. The breakfast waffles were decent, but the fruit could be fresher. Make sure to ask for extra towels upon check-in if you're staying with a group.
