The hotel offered a free hot breakfast in the morning, which was convenient, especially during the busy Christmas season. the location of the hotel was great, with numerous restaurants and a mall nearby. It was also just a short drive from downtown La Crosse and the river, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay.

We were in town for a quick ice fishing trip and stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Allizeigh, who was off duty, went above and beyond to check us in and make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. We were pleasantly surprised to find a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator in the room. The shower curtain was designed perfectly, so it didn't cling to us while showering. The hot tub in the pool area was also perfectly hot, and the availability of popcorn in the lobby was a nice touch.
