Stayed at a hotel in Palm Desert and had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeper who went above and beyond with a quick room cleaning. Everything was clean and well-maintained, except for a minor issue with the Keurig machine. Despite this, I highly recommend staying here for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast served was satisfying and the staff, both at the desk and housekeeping, were wonderful. The location was convenient with easy access to highways, making it a great base for exploring the surrounding areas of California.

the steps from the car to the lobby made it challenging to unload luggage, especially after a tiring day. the lack of nearby restaurants or room service options made it difficult to find a late-night meal without risking indigestion.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we did not appreciate. the walls were incredibly thin, which resulted in being able to hear our neighbors' conversations word for word.

Had a slightly challenging experience with my door keys upon arrival, but eventually managed to get into my clean and comfortable room at Holiday Inn Express. the beds and pillows provided a satisfactory level of comfort, and the breakfast offered a good variety of well-prepared items. the hotel's pool was also a convenient amenity.
