Stayed at a hotel in Palm Desert and had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeper who went above and beyond with a quick room cleaning. Everything was clean and well-maintained, except for a minor issue with the Keurig machine. Despite this, I highly recommend staying here for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The facilities were updated and the room had a lovely balcony for enjoying my morning coffee. The breakfast served was satisfying and the staff, both at the desk and housekeeping, were wonderful. The location was convenient with easy access to highways, making it a great base for exploring the surrounding areas of California.

the steps from the car to the lobby made it challenging to unload luggage, especially after a tiring day. the lack of nearby restaurants or room service options made it difficult to find a late-night meal without risking indigestion.

There are even gluten-free options available, such as Udi's bagels and muffins. the hotel's location near a shopping mall with restaurants is convenient for grabbing a meal or doing some shopping.

The pool area was disappointing, lacking in plants and with an unsightly electrical substation nearby. This takes away from the overall ambiance and enjoyment of the pool area.

As young holiday goers, we loved the pool and jacuzzi, which had the perfect temperature. The staff was always available and helpful. The food was delicious, and there was always seating available. The location had easy access to the highway for exploring the area.

Had a slightly challenging experience with my door keys upon arrival, but eventually managed to get into my clean and comfortable room at Holiday Inn Express. the beds and pillows provided a satisfactory level of comfort, and the breakfast offered a good variety of well-prepared items. the hotel's pool was also a convenient amenity.
