I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Philadelphia for a few nights for business. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The modern and clean rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the convenient location with a good parking lot made my stay hassle-free. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the complimentary breakfast had everything I needed to start my day. I also appreciated the 24-hour lobby coffee and tea service.

I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. the location was fantastic as it was situated on the waterfront and offered stunning views of the Franklin Bridge. The courtesy van service was a huge bonus, allowing us to easily explore the downtown area and visit various attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the basic amenities in our room, including the small table in between the beds, which provided a convenient space for us to work and relax. Lastly, the breakfast offered a great selection of healthy options and was included in the price of our stay.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Complimentary breakfast and 24/7 hot beverages were a nice addition. the hotel's location near the historic district and a free shuttle were convenient, making sightseeing easy. the hotel amenities included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower.

The hotel's location on a busy road made it noisy, and despite the noise, the price was high compared to other hotels in major cities. Parking was not included and had to be paid separately.

We had a fantastic experience at this Holiday Inn Express! The shuttle service was phenomenal, and the drivers were great too. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were very attentive. The location was close to the waterfront, which was nice.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When we arrived early in the morning, they allowed us to park in the lot and even had our room ready for us. The breakfast spread was great with a good variety of options including muffins, brown bread, and fresh fruits. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the location was a real plus - very central and easy to get to many places of interest.

The shuttle service was not reliable, with long waits and a rude driver who took bribes and gave backseat seating to senior citizens, without any respect. the receptionist was not welcoming, with no smiles, and no recognition of our arrival.

Great location, river view upgrade, friendly staff, comfy beds, complementary coffee and hot chocolate, delicious breakfast with lots of choices.

Nothing to dislike.
