I had such a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing, ensuring our family felt right at home during our 2-night stay. The kids loved the free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available all day, and the spacious, clean Standard Room with Two Queen Beds was perfect for us!

the lighting around the mirror was a total disaster, undoubtably ruining my morning routine. not to mention the putrid smell in the hallway from a plumbing issue that lingered for 2 days! after enduring that, I at least expected an upgrade or some complimentary drink, but that didn't happen. I almost gave a good review—just couldn’t.

The location is convenient and close to restaurants and shops. The bathroom cleanliness was an issue. it needed more attention.

The room was super spacious and clean! We had a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and grab rails. A comfy sofa. Loved having a microwave and fridge too. The indoor pool was nice for the kids, and the fitness center was a cool bonus. Free tea and coffee all day. Seriously nice experience.

The cleanliness could really use some attention!!! I found dirt and debris on the floor, and a lack of attention in the dining area is disappointing. The management should consider a thorough deep clean and more regular inspections!!!

Had a braw stay here! The comfy beds made for a cracking night's sleep, and the pool was a pure delight. Breakfast was decent but could’ve been a tad better. Just wish the towel replacement was quicker. Overall, a solid choice!
