We loved the convenience of this hotel's location near the airport. With a free shuttle service, we had no worries about transportation. It was also very close to the airport, making our travel experience smooth and stress-free. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with the staff working diligently to keep our room clean during our three-night stay. The facilities were top-notch, meeting our expectations for an upscale place. The breakfast was a hit with our girls, especially the delicious cinnamon rolls. Additionally, we appreciated the abundance of outlets in the room, making it easy to charge our devices.

Had a king room. Chelsea was super helpful for our stay! She made sure we were well taken care of and helped us with a few difficulties during check-in. The staff was accommodating when my mother checked in early. The hotel was near the airport but surprisingly quiet. Breakfast had a variety of choices. I stayed at Holiday Inn Express for the marathon in Richmond and was pleasantly surprised by the convenience and service. The hotel is just a short distance from the airport but still quiet. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my mother could check in early and even arranged for our rooms to be together. They even opened breakfast early for us marathon participants. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with great lighting and HVAC.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the breakfast options were a bit disappointing, with some items lacking in taste and quality.

The hotel had a cozy karaoke room where we had a blast singing our hearts out. The casino on-site added an extra level of excitement to our stay.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express near the airport for a weekend getaway. Our room on the 2nd floor had a great view of the airplanes, which the kids loved! Kim, who worked at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure we had a good room. The morning front desk attendant was kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. The room was clean, quiet, and they even upgraded us to a larger room than we had reserved. a nice and clean hotel with excellent staff.

Stayed 2 nights for a BMX race event. Had a king room. Chelsea was super helpful for our stay! The breakfast had a nice spread. And free parking was a bonus. The Guest service rep was awesome. She made us feel at ease while we were checking in and gave us all the information about Wi-Fi, breakfast, and amenities.
