The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the room was wonderfully cleaned, and the cleaning staff even took the time to arrange my son's stuffed animals in a cute way that made us smile. the location of the hotel was great, very close to the Arlington Racetrack and convenient for our city trip. We also appreciated the value for money, with the hotel offering the best rates we've seen in a long time.

On the downside, there were a few issues that could be improved. the vending machines didn't work, and it would have been convenient to have one on our floor.

My family and I arrived slightly early for our check-in time but were pleased to find that our room was already being cleaned. The staff at the front desk informed us that it would only be a short wait, and true to their word, we were able to check in within a few minutes. This allowed us to quickly settle in and make use of the hotel's indoor pool, which was a major highlight for my boys. Despite the hotel being quite busy due to spring break, the staff apologized for any inconvenience caused by the wait. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the variety of choices impressed us. our stay at Holiday Inn Express was a pleasant one, and I would highly recommend it to others.
