The hotel had exceptional customer service at the front desk. The staff was welcoming and friendly, treating me with respect and decency. The rooms and hotel were clean, and the pool was nice and warm. Additionally, the continental breakfast was enjoyable.

The parking was convenient, and the hotel's location, just off the freeway, made it easy for us to travel to our next destination, which was not too far from Lambeau Field. Having breakfast included was a definite plus, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Special shoutout to the exceptional service and attitude of the clerk and the helpfulness of the two ladies working at the breakfast buffet. We will definitely look for a Holiday Inn Express in the future while traveling.
