For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was one of the best I've stayed in. The location was convenient and close to the marina. The staff treated us exceptionally well, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.

Elegant and polished decor with attentive and friendly staff, outstanding pool and beach amenities, free minibar and flawless housekeeping, delicious and abundant breakfast buffet, convenient scheduled shuttle service to city center.

Staying here was a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities that surpassed all of my expectations. the service was exceptional, with attentive staff catering to my every need. the Spa & wellness centre was a standout feature, with a wide range of massage options and a relaxing steam room. the outdoor swimming pool provided a great opportunity to soak up the sun, with plunge pool and sun loungers available. Beach access was just a stone's throw away, with beautiful ocean views.

The only minor issue was with the restaurant, which didn't have enough options for those on special diets. the staff were helpful and accommodating in creating a personalized meal.

The free breakfast and the pool area were nice. the hotel was also close to the beach and had good views from the room. the staff was friendly and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and a dinner voucher for the inconvenience caused by the room mix-up.

We also found the prices to be too high for what was offered. the noise level at the pool was quite high and made it difficult to relax.

The private complex location provided access to Intercontinental beach and Cascades restaurant, which had excellent food and service. The beachside menus were pricey but the breakfast served in the hotel was nice. The hotel had wonderful staff and huge, well-designed rooms.

Some guests faced issues with housekeeping during early check-ins.

The resort offers a range of modern facilities and amenities, perfect for guests with disabilities. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Brand new property, beautiful design, large property, not too crowded, pleasant outdoor seating.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is perfect, right before a canal off of the Red Sea within a totally secured resident park showing nothing but beautiful Jordan by the seaside. The service is top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and a friendly and helpful bell staff/porter always available to assist. The room was fantastic, with all the amenities - a mini-bar, in-room safe, and a flat-screen TV with a good selection of channels. I especially appreciated the terrace which came with garden furniture. Lastly, I have to mention the infinity pool - it was amazing!

I highly recommend this venue for everyone!

The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are immaculate and modern, excellent facilities including private beach, pools, and restaurants. Highly recommended.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We enjoyed breakfast and the manmade lagoon facilities. However, the most memorable experience was getting injured by the sharp-edged steel pool benches; PVC or plastic is recommended instead. we recommend this hotel.

Stunning hotel, everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Warm welcome by the staff and even the general manager greeted us personally. - Beautiful pool area with live DJ and great vibes. - Recommended to have breakfast at the Regency Club, which was a nice touch. - Enjoyed snacks and drinks at the Regency Club with stunning views. - Smooth and fast check-out process.

Only 2 small swimming pools that can get crowded. Poor room service menu and quality.
