Best aspects of my xmas stay were the friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. the rooms and surrounding areas were clean and well maintained, showcasing the hotel's attention to detail. Additionally, the convenient location allowed for plenty of on-site parking and easy access to a variety of nearby restaurants.

Worst aspects were the windows facing the inner corridor, which lacked privacy and allowed for noise from guests passing by. It was also disappointing to encounter cleanliness issues during my stay.

The hotel provided excellent value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the amenities offered. The rooms were well-maintained, with attention to detail such as a fridge and microwave, which were very convenient. I particularly enjoyed the large TV in the seating area and the huge jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby eateries, supermarkets, and shopping centers. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The daily breakfast was a great way to start the day with a variety of options to choose from.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly a lady with an accent, was incredibly polite and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, from the shower to the sheets. The breakfast had a wide range of delicious options, including a tasty vegetarian egg omelette. The location was convenient, close to the Reagan library and right next to an El Torrito restaurant, which we took full advantage of. the hotel facilities and the helpfulness of the staff made my stay here fantastic.

The value for money at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great feel to it. The location was convenient and the staff treated us with kindness and professionalism.

The morning meal could use some improvement with the protein-based options and real creamer for coffee.

Conveniently located near shopping centers and around 35 minutes away from Six Flags Magic Mountain. the hotel had a nice exterior and interior design, with a tropical Spanish feel to it. the room appeared clean and there was free parking available.

The beds were uncomfortable and caused back pains. the edges of the comforters had dirty makeup stains, which made me question the cleanliness of the bedding.

The hotel is located in a convenient area close to a lot of restaurants and tourist sites, including the Reagan library. Rooms are well maintained and spacious with comfortable bedding. Breakfast had a great variety of options including hot and cold items.

The exterior walkways could use some maintenance, as the paint was peeling and gave a neglected look.

The room had a Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom and a TV. They had a nice breakfast room with a decent selection of food. The staff were accommodating when their systems went down.

We loved the modern and clean breakfast area at the hotel. The breakfast lady was excellent and always on top of things. The location was great for freeway travelers and near shopping places. we had a comfortable stay.
