The location was perfect for my needs, being close to the highway and airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially a wonderful lady named T who worked evenings. The rooms were spacious, clean, and newly renovated, with comfortable beds. Free parking was a great bonus too.

Our stay at Hampton Inn was fantastic! The staff, especially T at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They promptly addressed a heating issue in our first room and even upgraded us to a nicer room. The hotel was clean, and the pool was a great addition.

There was a slight hiccup with our reservation, but the staff quickly resolved it. Also, there was some noise from a group of hockey families during our stay.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Philadelphia/Media for 3 nights while visiting Swarthmore College. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its very clean and comfortable rooms, equipped with all necessary toiletries. The check-in and check-out process was efficient, and the staff at the kitchen were extremely friendly and helpful, even assisting me in making delicious waffles for breakfast. The breakfast, though not luxurious, provided a satisfying selection including warm oatmeal, scrambled eggs, yogurt, and cranberry juice. Additionally, the hotel's location was conveniently only a 6-minute drive from Swarthmore College.
