I loved the amazing view from the balcony and the comfortable bed! The kitchen had everything I needed to make a great meal. Even though there were a few minor issues, they were quickly resolved by the accommodating and responsive manager. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a great neighborhood, making it easy to explore downtown Chicago and reach any place you want to visit. The rooms are fully loaded, comfortable, and come with great quality electronics. The staff is very helpful and the area is safe. Additionally, guests can enjoy the convenience of a nearby dog daycare if traveling with their furry friends.

Some guests experienced poor communication and confusion between the building and office staff, leading to a lack of responsiveness.

Great kitchen and proximity to a grocery store, perfect for cooking your meals. Wonderful front desk service, staff always ready to assist. Plenty of amenities provided, including a coffee machine and washer/dryer. Ideal location for sightseeing in the city, near popular landmarks and attractions. Modern and spacious rooms with fast elevators.

I had a great stay here in this hotel. The location was perfect for me - right in the heart of downtown, close to fabulous shopping, great restaurants and sights. The room was very comfy with all the amenities I needed, including a washer and dryer for laundry, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The staff were attentive and friendly, and I loved the free wi-fi and toiletries. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

All in all, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Families with kids will love it here too.

During our xmas, we received a complimentary wine bottle and chocolates upon arrival which was a sweet gesture. The location was fantastic, being close to all attractions and within walking distance to the city center. We enjoyed the free parking which saved us money during our stay.

Our stay was dampened by a couple of uncomfortable issues. The elevators were slow, making it frustrating to get to and from our room.
