During my stay, I experienced several issues that left me quite frustrated. First, my bathroom was not clean upon arrival, and it took multiple conversations to finally get it addressed. Additionally, I had to deal with loud neighbors who were disruptive into the early morning, and despite calling the front desk for help, there was no timely response. I left feeling disappointed by the overall lack of attention to cleanliness and noise control.

I loved how spacious the rooms were, perfect for my family to move around comfortably! The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after our busy days. Not to mention, the nearby shopping options made it super easy for us to grab snacks and enjoy some meals without any hassle!

I had a delightful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Atlanta Airport West, Camp Creek By Ihg. The hotel was clean and featured stylish decor. I enjoyed the lovely views of the lake from the spacious patio, which was a perfect place to relax with my morning coffee. The breakfast was satisfactory, with good options that kept me fueled for the day. The staff were friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. I felt truly welcomed during my visit.

The only downside was the room's charging sockets didn't function well.

I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's friendliness and attentiveness. The breakfast selection was solid, making mornings easy before my next flight. The location was perfect for dining and shopping.

However, my first room wasn’t clean, prompting several room changes during my stay. Also, I noticed some maintenance issues around the hotel that could use attention.

this hotel had a nice view of the lake and the location was pretty cool since there's shops nearby. breakfast had some good options for the kids and the rooms were mostly clean and comfy enough. the check-in was super quick and easy which was a plus for us!

but the water was off for hours without any heads up. The carpet felt a bit damp when we got there.

This place suits me perfectly with its great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff even helped me print tickets on my first stay! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort. I'm definitely coming back for a new year.
