The parking lot could use better design. it was cramped with trucks taking up spaces!!! Cleaning in the rooms left much to be desired. stained linens and broken furniture are not what I expected!!! Noise from nearby traffic further detracted from the experience!!!

The indoor pool area had a family-friendly vibe that could keep the younglings entertained for hours, while the breakfast buffet had a solid spread that definitely hit the spot, filling me up with enough energy for the jump to hyperspace. The fitness center featured essential equipment, which was handy for keeping fit during long trips, although it could use a few more options.

Cleanliness was a mixed bag—some reports of dirty carpets and stained bathtubs suggest it’s time for a good scrub. Plus, I saw complaints about inadequate parking leading to some tight situations with trucks taking up too much space. Guests also mentioned the bathrooms lacking freshness, and some noticed it took ages for hot water to hit their showers, which isn't ideal after a long flight. She's got the patience of a saint, deftly handling a customer trying to escalate a quarrel while still managing to greet me with a bright smile. What a pro!

Oh, I discovered this incredible local spot for pad thai that was simply out of this world! Plus, the breakfast at the hotel was a total win—it filled me up with hearty options. Despite the loud street noise, the clean pool was a refreshing escape after a long day exploring.

However, the smell of cigarettes lingered in my non-smoking room #218, and with closed windows, the street noise really kicked in. Unfortunately, a few outdated touches and a lack of a hairdryer were hard to overlook, even as everything else was shining nicely.

The staff was like a well-oiled machine, especially Melinda who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed the all-you-can-eat breakfast spread that made our mornings feel a bit like fine dining, even if we were just having pancakes and juice.

It wasn't cheap, but given the great hospitality and spotless environment, it was still acceptable.
