We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room at the Ana Crowne Plaza. It was well-appointed with convenient outlets for all our electronics. The location near Hakata Station made it easy for us to explore the city and take day trips. The friendly and attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and comfortable accommodations.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Hakata JR station. It was also conveniently located next to shops and restaurants, making it easy to grab a quick bite to eat. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food, including made-to-order eggs and pancakes. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool and gym available. a fantastic experience!

I did notice that the hallway decor was a bit outdated and could use a refresh.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It felt like a 4-star hotel but at a 2-star rate. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location was perfect, being close to the train station and making it easy to get around. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was outstanding. We loved the convenience of having convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. The hotel's proximity to the train station made it easy to transport our luggage. a fantastic experience.

The room had all the amenities I needed, including a blowdryer, fridge, and coffee/tea. the breakfast buffet had a great selection, including fruit, french toast, pancakes, and eggs cooked to order. the service from the staff was excellent, with everyone being gracious and always smiling.

The room was quite small and the furniture looked worn out. the breakfast area always seemed crowded, with long waiting lines.

Staff friendly, helpful, attentive. Good breakfast, Japanese set meal tasty. Great concierge, multilingual, went out of her way to help. Convenient location near train station.

At this luxurious 4-star hotel, we had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, being close to both the Fukuoka Shinkansen station and the main station. This made it easy for us to explore the area and take a cab to the airport. The service provided was top-notch, with helpful staff who spoke English fluently and made our check-in process fast and hassle-free. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of electric outlets and all the amenities we needed, from ironing facilities to a mini-bar.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Fukuoka for 5 days on a leisure trip. The French chef and the rest of the staff were incredibly accommodating, preparing a delicious breakfast tailored to my allergies. My husband loved the chicken soup and the Japanese buffet. The hotel's location near Hakata station and the airport was perfect, with easy access to transportation. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the early checkout sandwich was a thoughtful touch. The staff were all helpful, assisting with phone calls during bad weather and recommending restaurants. The in-room Wi-Fi and luggage storage were convenient bonuses.

The staff provided excellent service, heating and plating our meals, delivering them to our room with utensils and napkins. They also held our shopping for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the Hakata JR station, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The reception staff were helpful and accommodating with our special requests.

I had a fantastic stay in this city center hotel. The location near the Hakata train station was very convenient, just a few minutes walk away. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, with excellent English skills. The check-in process was fast and efficient, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, with plenty of electric outlets in the room and free WiFi without needing a password. The breakfast options were extensive, with a mix of Japanese and international dishes, and there were plenty of tables available. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
