The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the option to choose from firm or soft pillows. The room had plenty of lighting, and I loved the convenience of the outlets and USB ports on the nightstand for charging my devices. The bathroom was well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even a full-size hair dryer. The towels were high-quality and generously sized. The breakfast included a delicious selection of hot bar foods, as well as cereals and pancakes. The front desk service was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A delightful stay overall!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Asheville for a weekend getaway. The check-in process was quick and friendly, and they even provided us with a handy paper containing our late-night Domino's pizza order. All the staff members, including the cleaners, were polite and courteous. The hotel had hand sanitizer conveniently placed by each elevator. Our room was clean and had a lovely balcony. The beds were comfortable, with crisp sheets and cozy duvets. The attention to detail was evident, as even the face cloths in the bathroom were folded into a beautiful design. The hotel also had spacious cupboards and a clean bathroom. The breakfast offered a delicious variety, including sausage and egg muffins, yogurt with cereal, cinnamon buns, and coffee or juice. The pool was pleasant, and we enjoyed the warm water and the JR Watkins soap dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. we loved everything about this hotel, from its amenities to its location near Biltmore Estates.
