The hotel staff at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta N - Woodstock, An Ihg were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were greeted with a warm welcome and felt taken care of throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the facility was exceptional, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenience of having coffee available 24 hours a day and the hot breakfast options were delicious. Despite a few minor issues, overall our stay was enjoyable.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, with a brand new and comfortable room and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was also great, with a nearby outlet mall and convenient access to the city.

The beds, pillows, sheets, and towels were comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta N - Woodstock, An Ihg was exceptional. I want to give a special shoutout to Renea at the front desk who made our check-in process smooth and even let us check in early so we could enjoy our vacation right away. The hotel is brand new and conveniently located near the outlet mall. The beds were incredibly comfortable with lots of pillows, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

With everything considered, I had no other issues during my stay. The hotel did feel a bit clinical, except for the rooms.

Breakfast had a lot of variety and there was plenty of seating. the bed was extremely comfortable, and I miss it now that I'm back home. the clean and updated room was a pleasant surprise, and most of the staff were great. the hotel was in a convenient location.

The pool and pool area were closed, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have the option to eat outside in the pool area for breakfast.

The room and bathroom were spacious, the King bed was luxurious and incredibly comfortable, and the hotel facilities were sleek and beautiful. The view from the hotel was stunning, and the location was convenient, right next to the outlet stores and close to the event. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were all very nice and friendly.

While there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the slippery bathtubs without any traction decals, and the lack of a daily room service despite the same price, these issues did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Not one thing.

The breakfast options were good and the hotel's close proximity to the Outlet Mall was a big plus. It was convenient to have a simple breakfast available at the hotel, and being so close to the mall meant that we could easily shop and explore the area.

One downside was that there was a problem with the check-in process. We had booked a two bed suite, but upon arrival, we were given a regular King room instead.
