My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express was enjoyable and comfortable. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the modern look of the rooms. The location was convenient, right off the expressway, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I also appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower. The two ladies at check-In provided excellent customer service and were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable king bed and a nice-sized bathroom. I also appreciated the provided coffee and the presence of a fridge in the room. the staff member working at the breakfast line was exceptional, with a great attitude and helpfulness. They handled all the work alone and did a fantastic job.

The breakfast was disappointing, with frozen food that was microwaved and didn't taste good. the noise level was high due to loud guests partying all night, which made it difficult to sleep.

The best aspects of my stay were the comfortable beds and the helpful staff at check-out. the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the staff member at check-out went above and beyond to assist us in finding a decent room, showing great customer service.
