The service at this hotel was exceptional, with the staff anticipating our needs. the large lobby with a great waterfall was impressive. the modern and up, to, date furnishings in the rooms were a plus. We also received a courtesy call to make sure everything was in order. the large pillows and overhead reading lights made for a comfortable sleep. the location was convenient, being near the tradeshow we were attending. the internet worked great, and we enjoyed the groovy pancake maker machine for breakfast.

This hotel was not kid, friendly and we found it to be extremely dirty. There was mold in the shower, which was concerning.

I recently stayed at a hotel near an amphitheatre and was pleasantly surprised by how close it was. I could easily walk to the venue through a convenient path behind the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was stocked with Dove products. The outdoor area was also impressive, with grills, fire pits, and giant connect 4 games for kids. The lady who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast choices were wonderful, with hot and fresh foods available. The staff was accommodating and made our stay comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The staff was so helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The hotel had great facilities, including a pool and fitness center that I really enjoyed. The room itself was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and a nice-sized TV. The location was perfect for me, as it was right in front of the amphitheater where I attended a concert. Additionally, I loved being close to the walking trail that led to the amphitheater and the Gulf. The hotel's breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Great location with quick access to the interstate. Comfy beds, clean room, and nice TV. Loved the layout of the room, it was different and unique. the staff at the front desk was super sweet, even gave me cold waters and refunded my money when the coke machine malfunctioned.

Bathroom needs some work, with stains on the ceiling and a hole in the wall. the shower leaked water, causing us to use a ton of towels.

Great location for Oak Mountain concerts, friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with vending and ice available. Nice selection of TV channels and comfortable beds. Numerous restaurants within walking distance - no need for transportation.

The hotel was in a great location for attending a concert at the nearby amphitheater, and it was a short walk away. There were also plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and included a pull-out couch. The breakfast was a nice touch too.

No negative aspects to note, everything was just fine.

We stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn Express in Pelham for a concert and had a fantastic experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing us with directions to the walking trail leading to the nearby amphitheater. We were pleased to discover that there were numerous restaurants within walking distance, eliminating the need for Uber. a fantastic stay with everything we needed.

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Birmingham for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly, the lobby and rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The TV had a great selection of channels to choose from. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. We were also thrilled to discover that Oak Mountain State Park was just a short drive away. We look forward to staying here again and hopefully taking advantage of the enclosed swimming pool and grill area next time!

Some dust and cleanliness issues in the bathroom. Indoor pool with patio area and grills. Spiders in pool area. Okay overall.

The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the highway. we had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Express. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
