Couldn’t ask for better.

The staff were accommodating and friendly, but

the room cleanliness was lacking, especially in the bathroom areas which felt dated. Despite this, the breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of fresh items. Plus, its central location made exploring the city effortless.

For tea lovers, consider bringing your favorite tea bags, as they only provide herbal tea and coffee. The local bakery nearby serves great breakfast options too.

The hotel's location is spot on for hitting up the nearby markets and strolling along the beautiful river. The staff was friendly and even helped us reserve tables at local restaurants. Breakfast was a hit, and the rooms were spacious and quiet.

However, I did notice that the bathroom could have used a bit more counter space for toiletries. It was slightly inconvenient, but not a dealbreaker overall.

My stay was frustrating due to several issues. The soap holder fell off the wall in the shower, which was quite unprofessional. Additionally, the shower drainage was poor, causing water to accumulate in the tub while showering, making it uncomfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. the selection was so limited, with only a few small croissants and no whole fruits available. I expected more variety at a hotel of this caliber.

The location was outstanding, just steps away from the Danube River and within walking distance to key attractions such as the Hungarian Parliament and vibrant restaurants. The modern room was well-equipped, and the staff were incredibly helpful, making for a fantastic stay.

However, the lack of air conditioning control led to discomfort, as the heating system was set for the entire hotel, making the room uncomfortably warm at night. Additionally, a rude staff encounter at the bar overshadowed some of the positive experiences during my visit.
