The location was great, with a grocery store and gas station nearby and plenty of eateries within walking distance. Staff members were friendly and the hotel was clean and new. the facilities were nice, and almost all of the staff was welcoming.

Check, out staff was unhelpful, refusing to give a receipt and insisting it would be sent by a third, party site. Breakfast was disappointing, with tasteless bacon, sausage, and eggs.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the location was central, close to C & O canal, making it easy to explore surrounding activities like Antietam battlefield. the cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, from the well-maintained rooms to the beautifully decorated lobby. Additionally, the friendly staff were always welcoming and helpful, providing a warm atmosphere throughout my stay.

Always my pick for city trips. Staff aided me with boarding pass printing on first stay. Perfect fit: Free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hr reception, pool, fitness center, hiking/cycling. No pets, smoking, air conditioning. I keep returning for its amenities and convenience.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites for a history-filled getaway, and our expectations were surpassed. the location was perfect for exploring Antietam battlefield and Harpers Ferry. the room was spacious and comfortable, with great water pressure in the shower. the hotel provided high-quality Dove toiletries, a pleasant surprise. Nearby amenities like Sheetz and eateries made our stay convenient and enjoyable.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the C & O canal and the town center. the rooms are clean, with modern amenities, and some even have a pull-out couch. the breakfast selection offers a variety of choices to start the day off right. One detail from the reviews is that the front desk staff, particularly Debbie, was very friendly and helpful. Another positive detail is that the hotel looks clean and new, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. Cons: All was comfortable and pleasant, no major issues noted.

As a business traveler, I really appreciated the helpful staff and comfortable room with a fridge and microwave. The box breakfast provided was ample and convenient for an on-the-go morning.

We loved the convenient location of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, close to downtown Brunswick and Harpers Ferry. Tubing in Harpers Ferry and exploring the town was a highlight of our trip.

While the hotel had a free breakfast, it wasn't appealing. We ended up going to McDonald's instead.
