The convenient location near popular attractions such as the River Walk and shopping centers was definitely a plus.

The hotel is also beautifully decorated and inviting.

We were incredibly impressed with the western feel and cute vibes of Aiden By Best Western. The staff went above and beyond during our stay, accommodating our early check-in and assisting with luggage storage. One particular incident stood out when we had a slight issue with a carbon monoxide detector and the front desk stepped in to help until maintenance arrived. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day. We can't wait to stay at Aiden By Best Western again!

Dim Lighting: The room lighting was a bit dim, with only table lamps providing the majority of the light. It made it difficult to do work at the desk and could have benefited from brighter or taller lamps.
