The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Alamo and other attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Although there was a parking fee, it was reasonable and the parking garage was conveniently located across the street. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel room was spacious and recently renovated, complete with a fridge and microwave. The rosemary homefries were absolutely delicious. The hotel is also beautifully decorated and inviting.

We were incredibly impressed with the western feel and cute vibes of Aiden By Best Western. The staff went above and beyond during our stay, accommodating our early check-in and assisting with luggage storage. One particular incident stood out when we had a slight issue with a carbon monoxide detector and the front desk stepped in to help until maintenance arrived. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day. We can't wait to stay at Aiden By Best Western again!

We loved this place! It had a great location right by the Riverwalk which made it easy to get around and see all the sights. The staff were amazing, especially the receptionist who checked us in. The room amenities were great too! It had everything we needed including tea and coffee facilities, an in-room desk, and a hair dryer.

Great Location: the hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the Riverwalk, the Mall, and other attractions. It's really convenient for exploring the city.

Dim Lighting: the room lighting was a bit dim, with only table lamps providing the majority of the light. It made it difficult to do work at the desk and could have benefited from brighter or taller lamps.

Loved the friendly staff, proximity to Riverwalk, great breakfast, comfortable beds, cozy and clean rooms, excellent cleaning staff.
