I always return for cozy stays. At my first visit, staff kindly helped with luggage. This place suits me perfectly with internet, 24/7 reception, fitness center, and no smoking. I come back for romantic escapes.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. the room was quiet, comfortable, and spacious with high ceilings. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff was helpful and lovely.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in the South End was fantastic. I was in Charlotte for leisure and stayed for three nights. the location was superb, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and a walking trail nearby. the room on the fifth floor was spacious with high ceilings, a comfortable bed, and keycard-only access for security. the valet staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was warm and delicious.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the South End! The location was perfect, as it was in walking distance of downtown and the fun South End activities. The staff were friendly and the rooms were well-appointed, with comfortable beds. The included breakfast was a great start to the day!

Located in a vibrant part of town that’s alive with activity night and day, this hotel is a true gem. The free breakfast buffet is a surprise favorite and well worth a visit. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are so comfortable you won’t want to leave. The helpful staff are always on hand to answer any questions you may have and are very accommodating.

The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful in assisting with transportation, which is a shame as it detracts from an otherwise perfect stay.

Not one thing.

The hotel was brand new and very clean. the staff was really welcoming and gave us directions to some good food spots nearby. the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options.

We were a group of five and had to ask for more towels and covers for the sofa bed. We also heard some noise from outside during the night, but that didn't disturb our sleep too much.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and following up on our experience. The property was well-maintained and nicely furnished. The breakfast buffet, with a varied selection including eggs, fruit, biscuits and gravy, pancakes.

Felt like home, no reason to complain.
