We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Sophia, were friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs as it was close to downtown and within walking distance to the passport agency. We also appreciated the late checkout, which allowed us to visit Niagara Falls while waiting for my son's passport. we had a great experience.

The newly renovated rooms with a great layout and a comfortable king bed were perfect for a business traveler. The quiet atmosphere allowed for a peaceful stay. The substantial hot and cold breakfast and nice eating area were also a plus.

The hotel was in a prime location, just a minute walk to Shea's Performing Arts and close to bars and restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with new beds and bedding that felt like sleeping on a cloud. I also appreciated the little extras in the room, like the Keurig coffee and tea, and the complimentary toiletries provided.

The parking situation was not ideal, as guests had to park several blocks away. This was even more inconvenient in bad weather.

The first thing that impressed me about this hotel was its central downtown location. Being within walking distance to the Tralf theater for great Blues music and having easy access to the waterfront and the Erie Canal area was a huge plus. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, with B.W. and Mario at the front desk being friendly, professional, informative, and helpful. Additionally, the rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a comfortable stay.

All in all, my stay at this hotel couldn't have been better.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the spacious and clean rooms at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The beds were comfortable and the linen set made it easy to relax. The hotel also had extra pillows and linens conveniently stored in the closets. We appreciated the extra vanity area, which gave us more space to get ready. This hotel is a great value for money with clean and comfy rooms, located in the center of Buffalo near the train stop - which is free to go down to the Erie Canal area with all its stores, bars, and restaurants. The staff is polite and helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable.
