I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the spaciousness of the rooms was impressive. The breakfast bar exceeded my expectations, despite some negative reviews I had read. The staff went above and beyond to assist me during a stressful situation when I got stuck due to icy road conditions. They were understanding and helped calm me down. The woman at the front desk even informed me about improved road conditions in the morning. Exceptional staff indeed!

Comfortable and clean room with a delightful surprise! Upon check-in, I was informed that my original room had been double-booked, but the front desk staff, Joshua, went above and beyond to upgrade me to a better room at a discounted rate. His friendly and helpful attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast had a decent selection, especially the tasty eggs and bacon. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Great stay for New Year! the hotel was conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to get around. the room was clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and a pull-out sofa bed for the kids. We loved the convenience of the automatic shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Noise was an issue during our stay. the walls and floors were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbors as well as noises from the elevator.
