I recently stayed at Haven Inn & Suites Downtown for a week-long visit to Houston. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped with adjustable lighting. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering cereal, breakfast sausage, eggs, muffins, breakfast burritos. The hotel also had unique features like holograms. The staff was welcoming and the location was convenient, with easy access to the freeway and nearby Hispanic and Asian restaurants. a great experience.

The hotel had a secure gate around the property, providing a sense of safety. The breakfast provided was a great start to the day, and the room was very clean. We also appreciated the unexpected amenities like single-use toothbrushes and razors in the room.

Arriving at the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed and were attentive to our requests. the room itself was clean and well-maintained. It had all the basic necessities we required, such as a dryer and a microwave. Additionally, having a separate sink from the bathroom was a great convenience, especially for washing baby bottles. Another advantage was the central location of the hotel. It was near the wedding venue we were attending, which made it easy for us to get to and from the event.

One of the negative aspects of our stay was the noise. the location of the hotel was quite noisy, with sounds from the freeway and other outside traffic being audible in the room.
