As a tourist, I absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. They made our stay truly enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided us with a great night's sleep. The location was perfect for our planned activities, making it very convenient. But what really stood out was the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. It was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've ever had. Kudos to the entire team, especially Alex and Tameka!

The room was new and modern, with plenty of outlets and USB charging ports. The shower was tall enough for my 6 foot height. Despite the thin walls, we had a quiet night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a great area with easy freeway access. It was close to good amenities, activities, and had beautiful views of Lake Hubbard. There were also fishing spots, parks, and walking trails nearby. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located right next to a variety of restaurants and attractions within the same parking lot area.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Garland for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location was great, right on Lake Ray Hubbard, and it was accessible to other places in the area. The lobby and pool area had a beautifully contemporary layout and set up. I was also impressed by the excellent fitness center and the mini fridge in the room that had a freezer compartment. Plus, there were lots of restaurants within a few minutes' walk.

The room was small and lacked additional seating, which was disappointing considering the misleading pictures on the website. the hotel's outside area was poorly maintained, with trash left unattended for multiple days, highlighting the need for a groundskeeper.
