We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express and had a wonderful experience. The staff at check-in were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxation. The location was convenient, close to wineries, restaurants, and the lake. The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of options including gluten-free choices. We have already recommended this hotel to our friends and can't wait to return!

the holiday inn express in geneva was even better than my previous stay. everything was brand new, clean, and spacious. the staff was extremely helpful and there was an excellent restaurant nearby. the automatic checkout made it easy to catch my flight!

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express! the breakfast options were excellent, and we loved the variety of choices. the beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the pillows were labeled with "soft" and "firm", allowing us to choose our desired level of comfort. the hotel also had a lovely scent in the entryway, which we loved so much that we ended up purchasing it online for our home. the location was convenient, with a fantastic restaurant adjacent to the hotel. the outside sitting area with a fire pit was another great feature. We would definitely stay here again!

The included breakfast had a wide variety of options, perfect for starting our day of exploring. The convenient location near Hobart and William Smith Colleges made it easy for us to visit the campus. it was a great experience for budget-conscious travelers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always answering my questions and fulfilling my requests. The reception staff even offered extra bedding when they saw I had a toddler. The room was spacious and I particularly enjoyed the deep bathtub. The pool and jacuzzi were great, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The breakfast attendant did an excellent job of keeping everything full, fresh, and clean. I appreciated the large selection of food options, including almond milk, to suit different dietary needs. The cleanliness of both the room and the common spaces was top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of parking available. I also loved how close it was to many restaurants and bars in the area.

As a backpacker, I loved the comfortable rooms, friendly staff, strong WiFi, and delicious breakfast with whole grain items and Greek yogurt. The breakfast area staff kept everything well stocked and clean. The availability of water, coffee, and tea in the lobby 24 hours a day was a nice touch. The late afternoon snack of cookies was a pleasant surprise. The hotel also had a pool area with fresh towels and a clean environment.

The water pressure in the shower was weak, which made it difficult to rinse shampoo out of our hair. Additionally, the sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable, causing us to request a rollaway cot instead.
