The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate our group of rowdy children and wished us luck for our basketball tournament. The breakfast provided was generous and catered to the needs of both a big wedding and our group of 15 boys aged 10-12. Special mention goes to Kiambi, who made us feel at home and was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the super clean rooms, delicious hot breakfast, and outstanding customer service at the front desk. Rita, the manager, was bubbly and cheerful, immediately lifting our spirits after a tough trip. The receptionist was amazing, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The hotel's proximity to the HCA hospital was convenient for my wife's doctor's appointment.

As a satisfied guest, I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Cypress, Houston for a few nights. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with a modern and spacious room featuring a comfortable king-size bed, a chaise, and all the necessary amenities such as a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a variety of options, including egg white omelettes with veggies, bacon, turkey sausage, pancakes. The breakfast area also stood out for its cleanliness and the exceptional customer service provided by Elda. The location was convenient, and the staff, while not talkative, were friendly and accommodating. The comfortable beds and the nice pool were additional highlights during my stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the lobby was equipped with useful computers. the staff, particularly Tansy, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the accessible room had a bed that was on a frame, allowing us to easily use our hoyer lift. Tansy even took the time to personally check the bed for us, which was something no other hotel in Houston did when we called. This attention to detail and thoughtfulness made our stay much more convenient and comfortable.

The hotel itself had a modern design and was easy to locate. We were impressed with the level of comfort and cleanliness in our room. The breakfast offered was more than enough and the staff made sure to accommodate a large group like ours. Kiambi, in particular, stood out with her exceptional hospitality. I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express! The rooms were clean and well-equipped with coffee machines, TV and refrigerator. The beds and bedding were comfortable too. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the Wi-Fi was good. The location was convenient with many dining options nearby.

Bright, clean hotel! the rooms are well, maintained with comfortable beds and a selection of soft and firm pillows. the bathroom is spacious and updated with no issues. I appreciated the mini, fridge and microwave for added convenience. the breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold items, including delicious cinnamon rolls. the staff, particularly Mariah and Ms. Lola, were amazing and provided excellent service with a smile. the hotel felt welcoming and homely.

The sink in my room did not stop up, which was inconvenient for shaving. Aside from that, I had no major issues with my stay.
