I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff at the front desk, especially the guy who helped me check out, was incredibly nice and helpful. When my daughter accidentally left her AirPods in the room, he quickly located them and kept them safe for us. The breakfast food was delicious, hot, and fresh. The night check-in staff was excellent and very friendly. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a Keurig machine for that extra touch. The bathroom had plenty of counter space, and the mattresses were super comfortable. The hotel had great amenities, including a beautiful lobby, a gym, and an indoor pool. Moreover, its location right by the mall and the I-26 made it convenient to get around and have a neighborhood feel.

There were several disappointments during our stay. our requests for extra towels, washcloths, and pillows were never fulfilled, despite being made multiple times.

The rooms at Holiday Inn Express were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with clean and modern furnishings. I was impressed by the extra touches like a Keurig coffee maker and ample counter space in the bathroom. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the large TV was a nice addition. The hotel also had excellent amenities, including a clean and updated indoor pool and fitness center. The lobby and eatery area were beautifully designed and inviting.

One specific situation that stood out to me was when the iron in my room was broken. However, the staff was quick to respond to my concern and promptly provided me with a brand new iron that was still in its box.

Best staff ever encountered in a "roadside" hotel - helpful and pleasant. Great restaurant nearby with amazing meals. Location and staff are awesome, especially Mrs. Judy at the front desk. Despite a slight smoke smell on the 4th floor, the non-smoking room was clean and the mini fridge was nice. Pillows were great, but bed was slightly uncomfortable. a good stay for the price and location.

My stay had its fair share of negatives. the pool was closed, despite other hotels in the area having their pools open.
